Arrive Delhi in the evening/night, our representative will meet and greet you at the airport and you will be transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.
In the morning after breakfast starts the guided tour of the walled city of Old Delhi, where every street of Chandni Chowk is buzzing with activity. The influence of the Mughals could be seen extensively in Old Delhi, who once ruled India from the ramparts of Red Fort. First, we will visit Jama Masjid – the largest mosque in India, built in the 17th century. In front of the Jama Masjid is the Red Fort used by Mughal Kings.
Later visit the National Museum and Raj Ghat, a memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. Drive past India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan, the Parliament House, and other British era colonial buildings to visit the famous Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple and Humayun’s Tomb, a marvelous example of Mughal architecture inspired by Persian art. Later in the evening visit Aksharadham Temple before returning to the hotel for a night’s stay.
