Detail Itinerary

Day 1
Delhi – Agra

The first day you will arrive in Delhi where you will be received by the representative of Classic Taj Tour who will start providing you with all kinds of assistance you may need. Delhi is one of the oldest cities of India and has a very rich cultural background. It is particularly famous for its glorious history, shopping centers, swanky restaurants, and excellent street food. From here, you will start your Delhi tour visiting Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple and Humayun’s Tomb. You will be driven past the Rashtrapati Bhavan (home of President of India), Parliament House, India Gate and Purana Qila (old fort) in an air-conditioned chauffeur driven luxury car. If time permits, visit old Delhi’s Chandni Chowk, Jama Masjid and Red fort. Later in the afternoon drive to Agra, reach Agra in the evening and check into your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2
Agra - Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur

The second day of your golden triangle tour three nights trip will begin with a captivating tour of Taj Mahal at sunrise. It was built in the year 1630 by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan with imported Belgian marble to enshrine the mortal remains of his Queen Mumtaz Mahal. Following the visit to the Taj in Agra, you will return to the hotel for a heavy and sumptuous breakfast. Thereafter, you will be leaving for the tour of Red Fort, the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal dynasty till 1638. Explore the Pearl Mosque, and the Diwan-e-Aam or the Hall of Public Audience and the Diwan-e-Khas or the Hall of the Private Audience, which were used by the important Mughal Rulers like Akbar, Shah Jahan and their successors.


Later in the day drive to Jaipur in-route visit Fatehpur Sikri, the old, deserted town of Mughal Dynasty. Here you will be able to appreciate the architectural magnificence and the fantastic planning and organization of the rulers of the Mughal Emperors. The Jama Masjid and the Buland Darwaza are all here for you to visit. There is also the palace where the famous Jodhaa Bai resided as well as the Palace where Akbar's court Jest, Birbal, used to stay.


Drive further to reach Jaipur in the evening. Check into your hotel and relax for the night.

Day 3
Jaipur

The third day of your golden triangle trip will begin with a heavy and sumptuous breakfast at the hotel in the morning. Thereafter, you will be leaving for the Jaipur trip. Your first stop on the itinerary will be the Amber fort that rests atop a hill. You could take an elephant ride to the Amber Fort (Optional). This fort was originally built by Maharaja Man Singh in the 16th century. It houses very beautiful and majestic palaces along with a serenely beautiful temple made of marble. This temple is dedicated to the revered goddess Kali. One of the main attractions of Fort Amer is its glittering Sheesh Mahal. While driving back from Fort Amer, stop in front of Jal Mahal and visit Jaigarh Fort and its famous cannons.

After lunch visit the City Palace, Museum, Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar observatory. In the evening enjoy the light and sound show at Amer Fort (Optional).

Day 4
Jaipur - Delhi Departure

On the fourth day after breakfast, you have the option to either drive back to Delhi or explore Jaipur city with the car at your disposal (subject to your flight departure time). Jaipur is world famous for colorful clothing, handicrafts, and handmade real stone jewelry.

Later in the day either get dropped at Jaipur airport or drive back to Delhi. Reach Delhi and directly proceed to IGI Airport to board your return flight or get dropped at specified place in Delhi. Your tour come to end but its sweet memories and vivid colors of India will remain forever.
