This note comes a little late as we were travelling again after returning from India. Thank you for your wonderful service while we were in India. It was a good experience and we were well taken care of. Bansi is a very good person and a good and experienced driver. The hotels are great too and we enjoyed India's service hospitality very much. We were glad that we had booked with your company. Just a couple of minor concerns which maybe can help to even better your service. 1.For shopping, we were taken to specific shops which we found to be rather expensive as the prices are about those in Singapore. 2. Although the distance between the 3 states are about 200+ km, it took us more than 5 hours to reach due to traffic. If we had known this, we would have opted for alternative transportation such as flight or train as it was very tiring for my mum especially. Other than that we had a great time. We were also expecting to see you the night before we left but you did not come to the hotel or airport. Please convey our thanks to Bansi.
