Delhi Agra Jaipur Tour

Arrive Delhi - Jaipur

The first day you will arrive in Delhi where you will be received by the representative of Classic Taj Tours who will start providing you all kinds of assistance as you may need then and there. From here, you will start your Delhi tour. You will be driven past the House of the President or the Rashtrapati Bhavan in an air conditioned chauffeur driven luxury car. You will then visit India Gate and several important parts of central Delhi. You will also be taken to visit Humayun’s Tombs as well as the famous Qutab Minar in the afternoon. You will then have your lunch and proceed to Jaipur. Here you will be checking in to your hotel where you will stay overnight. This is the end of the itinerary for the first day.

Delhi is one of the oldest cities of India and has a very rich cultural background. This is the history which makes one appreciate even more the scale and magnificence of the sprawling metropolis. It is particularly famous for the history, shopping centres, swanky restaurants and excellent street food.

Jaipur Trip

The second day of your golden triangle trip will begin with a heavy and sumptuous breakfast at the hotel in the morning. Thereafter, you will be leaving for the Jaipur trip. Your first stop on the itinerary will be the Amer fort that rests atop a hill. The interesting part of this journey is the fact that you will be traveling on the back of a painted elephant. This fort was originally built by Maharaja Man Singh in the 16th century. It houses very beautiful and majestic palaces along with a serenely beautiful temple made of marble. This temple is dedicated to the revered goddess Kali.

You will have your evening reserved for your visit to the famous Pink City of India, where every fort and palace built by Maharaja Man Singh is constructed on the principles of the ShilpaShastra. Shilpa Shastra refers to one of the most ancient discourses in Hindu culture that is about architecture. You will also visit the Jantar Mantar observatory, the HawaMahal, the City Palace and its museum and the Chokhi Dhani, a village resort.

Jaipur - Agra

On the third day of your trip, you will be driven to Agra from Jaipur via FatehpurSikri. Here you will be able to appreciate the architectural magnificence and the fantastic planning and organization of the rulers of the Mughal Emperors. The Jama Masjid and the Buland Darwaza are all here for you to visit. There is also the palace where the famous JodhaaBai resided as well as the Palace where Akbar's court Jest, Birbal, used to stay. At the end of these visits, you will be driven further to Agra in the evening. Here you will check into your hotel and will be given the rest of the day to relax in your hotel. The most important features of Agra is the Taj Mahal, which is not only a symbol of excellence of architecture but also of the love of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for his late wife MumtazMahal.

Agra - Delhi

Your trip of the Delhi, Agra and Jaipur will conclude with a visit to the Taj Mahal in Agra on the morning of the fourth day. It was built in the year 1630 with imported Belgian marble. Following the visit to the taj in Agra, you will also visit the Pearl Mosque, and the Diwan-e-Aam or the Hall of Public Audience and the Diwan-e-Khas or the Hall of the Private Audience, which were used by the important Mughal Rulers like Akbar, Shah Jahan and their successors. Finally, you will check out from your hotel and reach Delhi, from where you will be boarded off to your flight, while you remain captured in the memories of your tour.
