Hi Mohd ?Overall, we were very happy with our tour. It was a little bit tiring, but we enjoyed it and learned a lot. The service from your company was good for us. We got everything that was promised to us. I really appreciated the way your team handled our problems in Jodhpur with the Ranbanka Palace Hotel, and I thank you for moving us back to Park Plaza with no fuss. I'll provide some specific comments about the services: Driver Mr. Ram - He was fantastic. My wife especially liked him, and that made the trip much easier for me. He drove safely at all times, and he was on time 100% of the days. He provided information and advice for us during the times when the guides weren't there. Really enjoyed his service. Guides - All of the guides were good. They all were very knowledgeable about their respective cities. We especially liked the guide in Jodhpur who was very detail oriented, and he seemed to really love his job. We had a great time with him. Hans Hotel - The room was nice and the breakfast buffet was above average. We had some problem with noise from the elevator on the first night, but they moved us to a new room to resolve it on the 2nd night. Clark Shiraz - The room was nice. We were satisfied here. Lemontree Jaipur - By far the nicest place we stayed on the trip. We loved this hotel. Breakfast buffet was superb. Room was modern and very quiet. Park Plaza - Pretty good hotel. We were happy here. Udai Kothi - Beautiful hotel with an interesting design. Unfortunately, we had a problem with noise here too. We couldn't sleep on the first night, but they moved us to a new room on the 2nd which was more quiet. Pratap Palace - Again, very nice hotel with a beautiful room, but we had some noise problems. Everything was made of marble, and the noise was reflected from the hallways and the other rooms. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation, Scott ? Parks - USA?
Our Delhi-Agra-Jaipur with Classic Taj Tours exceeded our every expectation. We chose the 5 star option, where we had a personal car and driver for the entire trip. Our driver, Mr. Ramprakash (Ram), was outstanding. He answered every question we had, plus gave us a lot of little know information about the cities and the culture. It was like having a constant tour guide! For each city we had a tour guide just for the two of us. All of them (Mr. Gajraj in Delhi, Mr. Dutta in Agra and Mr. Subodh in Jaipur) were exceptional. They were very knowledgeable, and customized the tour to our needs and pace. They were also great photographers, and knew the perfect spots for us to get the best pictures. We got engaged at the Taj Mahal, and Mr. Dutta went over and above to make that moment, and day, special for us. The hotels we stayed at were incredible (the ITC group). The staff was very friendly and they got us a cake to celebrate our engagement. The included buffet breakfast had options to satisfy every palette. We have recommend this Tour group to everyone we know, and we will definitely use them again for our future trips.
Trip was GREAT. No problems at all. Guides were all lovely and took great care of us,though some more knowledgable than others. Hotels were wonderful especially the Oberois! You (Ms. Veronica Meeder ) and Mr Saad did a great job. Still jet lagged but I will go on tripadvisor to write him a good review. You should market your ability to do tours in India. Dear Mr. Saad We arrived home earlier today and I just had to write and say a big thank you to Classic Taj Tours. It was a true pleasure having your company plan our private tour of India to the cities we desired to see. We got a very personal glimpse into India by being on the private tour offered by your company. The local guides that met us in each of the cities were knowledgeable and professional and provided a great in-depth explanation of the history that vastly incorporates India. Our driver Sishpal who drove us around for the entire tour did a superior job navigating the sometimes chaotic roads and was always punctual in picking us up each day from our various hotels at the agreed upon time. He was truly a pleasure to have behind the wheel and we fully entrusted him to get us where we needed to go safely and he did just that with a wonderful and happy attitude. Overall a wonderful experience! From e-mailing to setting up tour, it was excellent response. My wife had doubts about our trip but was very pleased. Delhi was good but dreary weather and rain made it least favourite. Also the places visited was not astounding as Agra & Jaipur. Could have used more time in Agra and Jaipur, but may be next time. The car provided to us was clean and ran perfect. Our driver – bansi went out of his way to help us and shown India. He was always prompt and cheerful. Anything we asked of him, he was willing to do – even taking me to get hair cut. An excellent driver! We would recommend Classic Taj Tours to our friends. It is very good value and everything they promised we received. Having your own private car & driver makes your travel & tours so much easier. Not waiting for other bus member to show up. The hotels were all excellent and tour guides were informative and helpful. We enjoyed wonderful trio, Thank You!
We had a wonderful time and Bansi was a fantastic driver and companion through out the trip. We have put a review on tripadviser to day should be able to see it in a few days. Thank you so much the Hotels were really good, and the Guides were very informative. NC was very good as were the other two. the thing we saw and did was very memorable, and the Taj Mahal well words cant say how that felt. We were so sad that our friends could not come, as they themselves were. But He is having treatment now and seems to be getting on OK. it was an infection from the biopsy that was the cause of them not coming, Bad Hospital treatment. he would have got better treatment in India. so once again Thank you so very much
Thank you for being so responsive to all of my questions and requests for the tour that we took on December of 2008. You are very professional and was able to work within our requested budget. The guides were kind and very informative on culture, shopping, and dining. The car was comfortable and our driver was very kind, considerate, and timely. The Golden Triangle tour, including the hotels,was wonderful but one trip is just not enough!!! We enjoyed our trip to Nainital and Corbett. Which is located in Himalyan Mountains and viewed the breath taking snow capped mountain and wildlife in Corbett. Our whole trip was arranged so efficiently like hotel, car, driver & tour manager. I thank Classic Taj for making our tour memorable.
In January of 2007, my wife and I traveled to New Delhi for medical treatment. From our initial arrival until our departure in Feb.2007, Mr.Saad coordinated and supervised all our activities including a three-day Golden Triangle Tour. We were treated as Royalties as he was very skilled in communicating on our behalf for everything during our whole trip. He supervised sight seeing in a very professional way and made our trip a memorable event. very much enjoyed my time in India. The itinerary which included the addition of Udaipur was great and for those looking for a rapid tour and don't mind the duration riding in the car, I recommend it. The Udaipur hotel could have been better but you said it was the second choice so that's okay. The Agra guides were all very good. In Jaipur the peacock restaurant is excellent and hotel was fine/ the elephant ride and palace tour was great. I wish I had more time in India. I think the rapid tour you put together was great and will recommend your company for those looking for a similar experience . If you have a precise question I would be happy to answer.

Classic Taj Tours created a wonderful Indian experience for us. We found them online and sent them our extensive “wish list.” We like customizing our travels to explore our particular interests on our schedule. Using email, our trip coordinator Mr. Saad promptly advised us on the best possible itinerary for our month-long trip in March. He helped us pare down our ambitions; suggested the interesting Elephant Festival in Jaipur; and complied with our unusual request to see horse racing in Mumbai. We set off on our trip with a clear, detailed itinerary combining air, rail, and road travel and included a cell phone for our use. Mr. Saad was available day or night if we needed him and frequently checked in with our drivers and guides. He met us at airports and train stations, made sure luggage found us, and calmly handled some logistical challenges that developed. The guides in each city were well-spoken, informative, and always prepared to assist. Our drivers were generally good even though stops for directions were common. We chose to stay in home stays (similar to bed and breakfasts), which gave us great contact with the people of India. These private quarters in family homes were clean and charming and the food was wonderful. The families were smart and interesting, warm and caring. We highly recommend this form of lodging in India, particularly if you want to get a sense of the “real” India. The sights were impressive and the multiple layers of history are ever-present. The people were kind and always smiling. Be prepared for the traffic, smog, and long rides, but India is so vast and interesting that these become minor details. India was a great pleasure and we thank Mr. Saad and Classic Taj Tours for their help. When we return to India, we will be using their services again.
Our tour executive Mr. Saad is efficient, trustworthy and friendly. We certainly would work with him again. All the hotels were good especially Amar Vilas: top in the world. Basically it was highlight of the trip. Our car was good and safe. Our driver was reliable and secure. Should use garbage in the car. Classic Taj Tours is efficient, trustworthy and friendly to work. Would certainly recommend their services to my family and friends.
We were very pleased with the tour. Sajit Ali was our guide and made the for a great understanding of the Taj Mahal. I think he could intervene on behalf of his guests if it is apparent we are not interested in buying from one of the factories visited. All those he showed us had a great demonstration (marble inlay, embroidery, rug) and we did purchase from the marble shop. The lunch was excellent. Driver perfectly fine. The train was fun. The only thing I would say is that when people book with you that you give more details about train versus car: pros and cons of each.
Classic Taj Tour assisted us in filming the documentary about life in rural India. It was a wonderful experience. The logistics, food, infrastructure and staff were just great. Hi Moh! I am back safely at home in Florida. Thanks for an amazing, unforgettable adventure! :-) Everything was perfect except for our train experience. The itinerary exceeded my expectations and the guides and drivers were friendly. The hotels were wonderful and food delicious! Hi. No problem about not seeing us in Delhi. Everything worked out fine, right down to the reservation at Bukhara. Excellent restaurant and good hotel. I would be more than glad to recommend you to our friends and relatives, but right now I really do not know anyone planning to go to India. The most effective way for us to help you is to write a review on TripAdvisor.com, which is how I found your company. I will plan to do that as time permits, as we are still catching up from the trip. Linda and I are both experienced travelers, but we knew from the outset that we really needed help in India. I would say that you were 100% successful in making our arrangements. Our main goals were to get help with seeing the places we wanted to go and always having someone there to meet us when we arrived and see us off when we were leaving multiple locations. Your company's logistical service was impeccable in that respect. And it was not forgotten that our duffel bag was in the car when your driver picked us up at the Delhi airport. All in all, we had a great visit to India. And all the hotels, except Varanasi, were clean and comfortable. We were careful and we stayed well while in India. We may need your services, if we ever decide to visit southern India. Just last night, the town of Puducherry (formerly Pondicherry), caught my attention in the 3rd or fourth time I have watched parts of Life of Pi.

We are pleased that we can recommend Classic Taj Tours as a travel agent & medical service abroad. They were prompt and efficient to make all arrangements for Taj Mahal Tour and also taking care of our daily needs while in India during the medical procedure. We also visited agriculture farms during our stay, which was a very different experience. Mr. Saad was our in charge during our whole stay in India and took good care of us.

Hello Saad, I just made it back to USA couple of days ago, and I would like to thank you for organizing the trip and being very accommodating for the last minute changes we did. It was a really nice experience (only the heat was an issue), but nevertheless we all really had a good time. The tempo traveler was excellent 5 stars, hotels 4 star, the driver 2 stars as he was not very accommodating, the tour guides 5 stars, food 4 stars, organization and arrangement of the tour 5 stars, communication 5 stars, value 5 stars. Overall I would rate it 4.5 stars out of 5 stars. I would highly recommend to take this tour for others. Rgards!
